I had to reach out to beautyblender about an order update because I was trying to figure out when it would arrive, mostly so I could plan around being home, even though I probably check tracking way too much anyway.
It took a couple of days to hear back, which wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it did feel a little slow. When they did respond, they answered my question and were polite, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual service.
Overall, it was just kind of an average experience. I’d still order from them again because I like the products, but hopefully customer support is a little quicker next time.

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from Beauty Blender and the products themselves were totally fine, no complaints there
The shipping was just kind of slow though. It took longer than I expected to get a tracking update, and then it seemed like nothing changed for a couple days, which was a little annoying
Everything showed up in good condition, so that part was good. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in any hurry

"Pretty easy to shop, just a little slow here and there"
I actually had a good experience using beautyblender.com. I was kind of expecting to click around forever, but nope, the menus were simple and I found the sponges I wanted quickly. Checkout was smooth too, which I always appreciate because the second a site starts adding weird extra steps, I’m like, okay… do I really need this? The only small thing was that a few pages loaded slowly on my phone, and I had to hit back once or twice when it didn’t respond right away. Not a huge deal, though. Overall, I’d still say it’s a solid site and easy enough to use.

"Super soft, bouncy little sponge"
I noticed the texture right away. Soft. Kind of bouncy. It didn’t feel scratchy or rough on my face at all, which I really appreciated. Just a nice gentle sponge to use

"Perfect little travel essential"
I’m really glad I added this to my travel bag. It barely takes up any space, but it works great when I’m on the go. it’s one of those small things that makes packing feel easier and more organized. Definitely a smart pick if you travel often.

I’m usually a little cautious with sponges because so many start splitting or getting tiny cracks after just a few washes. I’ve washed this one a bunch of times now, though, and it still hasn’t torn or fallen apart. It’s held up better than I expected, which makes me feel a lot better about using it regularly...

They’ve got the main beautyblender stuff, so I found the basics, but I was hoping for more to choose from. The colors and sets feel limited, and I kept clicking around like, okay... maybe there’s more somewhere? Nope. The site works fine, but there just isn’t much to browse, so it kind of forced me to be patient when I really just wanted options.

"Surprisingly Decent Packaging"
I ordered from Beauty Blender and, shockingly, the packaging was actually really nice. Everything showed up clean, sealed, and not crushed into oblivion, which apparently is not always a given these days. The box looked neat without trying too hard, and my sponge arrived in perfect shape. So yeah, no complaints here for once.

"Surprisingly doesn’t eat all my foundation"
I was a little suspicious when I got this because I’ve bought cheaper sponges before and they basically soak up half my foundation. But this one actually surprised me. I wet it first, and it gets soft without feeling weird or patchy, and my foundation ends up on my face instead of disappearing into the sponge. It blends really nicely too. Shipping was normal, nothing sketchy there. Overall, I’m happy with it

I ordered from beautyblender.com and, the site was actually easy to use. I found what I needed quickly, checkout didn’t make me question my life choices, and nothing was weirdly confusing for no reason, so that was a nice surprise.
The sponge is just as simple, thankfully. I wet it, use it, and my makeup blends fast even when I’m barely awake in the morning. It does what it’s supposed to do, which really shouldn’t feel like a luxury, but here we are. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Really soft sponge"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered it, but after checking my confirmation email and trying it out, I’m really happy with it. The sponge is super soft on my face and blends everything nicely. It doesn’t feel scratchy at all, which is exactly what I wanted

"Way too easy to clean… suspiciously easy"
I use this thing almost every day, it rinses out so much easier than my old sponge that I’m starting to think Big Sponge has been hiding the truth from us. A little soap, some warm water, and it’s clean in like a minute. No weird stains lingering around like evidence at a crime scene either. Super simple, almost suspiciously good.

I wasn’t totally sure this would do much, but it cleaned the stains off my sponge quickly. It also rinsed out easily enough, which was nice. Not sure it’s a miracle product, but it did the job for me
